If im a hardworking player and not toxic, more even being friendly and cheering players up, pushing them and trying my hardest, will the system put me in a pool with players of equaly behaviour

Depends. Winner's Q only exists because Loser's Q does.

Loser's Q is just everyone who got too many reports. So avoid reports and you avoid Loser's Q.

Still you can try and be as nice as Mr. Rogers and still get reports. Imagine:

Like if you start off a match in champ select declaring you're out to detox league and everyone should be nice to each other, trolls will straight up say,"REPORTED!" and then report you. You can find yourself in losers Q because you try and help people not be toxic.

If you try and help people in game become better players by correcting their play, they may rage at you! Then you get reported for helping.

It's very easy to get slumped in with all the bad guys when you're trying to help everyone be good. The system needs customer support oversight or should be scrapped all together. At least RIOT needs to stop lying and call off their cover up hate bots about it. Maybe bring back player tribunal or something. The system that is in place now has games so rigged by putting "inferior players" on one team, and "socially deemed acceptable players" on the other, that the game isn't fun.

Imagine if you had Michael Jordan in a High School basketball match. You'd think he'd put up close to like 200 points, right? Well what if 3 of his four teammates get mad at Michael Jordan for directing traffic and plays and go,"Mike, you shouldn't tell me how to play! I'm losing on purpose now!" and every time those guys get the ball, they pass to the other team. Suddenly instead of 5v5, the game becomes a 2v8. Even Michael Jordan might have trouble winning at this point despite doing nothing wrong.

You don't tell Michael Jordan to get better at the game at this point. The game becomes more about how not to trigger your allies to become haters and report you. I cover this in the video. The basics are this:

1) Attract Honors
->Telling jokes results in: i) Less toxicity &
ii) attract less reports

2) IF One person goes toxic, /fullmute all
i) /fullmute all

ii) --> You see someone targetting unfairly with insults
I'm honoring the guy you're insulting because he doesn't deserve it.

iii) Don't shot call a guy who's obviously AFK. "WHY YOU AFK!?!" GET IN GAME!!?!?

iv) NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER say,"x9 report the guy."

3) Avoid off meta builds

4) Have the illusion of doing well:
i) Good KDA.
ii) NEVER EVER EVER block a shot that saves their life but would kill you,
Hurts KDA

iii) Avoid risking lane in order to help jungle liabilities you're not sure to win. People judge you by your lane & KDA later even if you helped em over and over.

iii) Risky objectives to be avoided:
Fernal drake soul and you're an adc who could stop it, but your team all checked out and not helping? You probably lost game anyway. Normally the risky commando play to secure dragon and keep your hopes alive is worth it, but with reported Q, your allies see you died last, so put the blame on you.
